Here at Declan Noonan & Associates we have a Chartered Environmentalist on the team who can ensure that your design and build are both sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible.
We can also carry out a Building Impact Assessment, also known as an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). This is a process by which the anticipated effects on the environment of a proposed development or project are measured. If the likely effects are unacceptable, design measures or other relevant mitigation measures can be taken to reduce or avoid those effects.
